Metallkraft announces that it has signed a commercial contract with Jiangsu Shunda Semiconductor Development Co., Ltd. for SiC slurry recovery. The contract has a value of around USD 20 million during the first full year of operations. Metallkraft has, in order to serve the needs of Jiangsu Shunda, also entered into an agreement to build its first Chinese factory in the Yangzhou Economic Development Zone.In order to meet its contractual obligations towards Jiangsu Shunda Metallkraft has decided to build its first plant in China in the city of Yangzhou in Jiangsu Province. An excellent site has been selected within the Yangzhou Economic Development Zone, a site that has been allotted for Solar PV development.
